Reproducible answers
Each calculator separates its mathematical engine from the interface. Pages show the formula, at least one worked example, and the assumptions that can change the interpretation. Inputs are validated before a result is shown.
Calculation standards
- Grade letters use unrounded percentages.
- Weighted grades use category weights; points grades use available points.
- GPA uses quality points divided by included credits.
Sources and school policies
A mathematical percentage is universal; a letter-grade boundary or GPA policy is not. Institutional sources provide context, not a claim that every school follows the same convention. Your syllabus or transcript policy takes precedence.
Testing and corrections
Automated tests cover known examples, boundary values, and invalid inputs. They do not replace checking an official record. Report a suspected error through Contact with the calculator name, inputs, expected result, and the applicable policy. Do not include passwords or student identifiers.
Editorial approach
We publish task-specific explanations and examples beside each tool. We do not invent expert endorsements, user ratings, or universal grading standards. Content and formula changes are tracked in the release notes. A published revision date is not a claim of external expert review.
